Background and Intent

It is the intent of the parties listed above to enter an agreement with Kiwi Parking to manage a certain amount of car parks that are either owned or managed by the host for mutual benefit of both parties involved. Kiwi Parking will provide a software platform and supporting services for the management of the car park. The host will allow Kiwi Parking to manage the car park exclusively, under the terms and condition outlined in this agreement.
